Mark your calendars for our Crystal Tree Workshop and Curry Night at Coronation Hall, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire! ☀️

This unique event combines the beauty of handmade crafts with a meal; a delicious curry, making it the perfect night out for friends, family, or a solo adventure.✨

 

What do you need to bring?

Just yourselves! Everything is provided for you!

Cleansing on arrival

A large selection of natural gemstones for you to craft with

What time do I need to be there?

Guests are requested to arrive by 5.30pm

Are there toilets?
Yes, there are multiple toilets on site, with hand washing facilities.

Is the site wheelchair accessible?
Yes! There is a ramp outside for easy access and everything is on the same floor.

What is the food?
Here is an example:
Non- Spicy Sweet Potato & Paneer Curry
A little heat- Chickpea Coconut Curry 
Crispy Onion bhajis with Mint Raita & Mango Chutney
Warm & toasty Naan 
Fluffy Rice 
Drinks- Masala chai, Lemonade 
Dessert- A selection of traditional cakes & sweets

What will the evening looking like?

You’ll start the evening with a light, spiritual cleansing! Crystals hold energy, so we cleanse on arrival to ensure everyone has good vibes to take away! This is in the form of specifically blended herbs, around the door ways, as you enter! 🌿

Come on in and choose your seat! Tables and chairs are set out for you to freely select your pew for the evening! You’ll find various bits and pieces set out ready, but to allow for space most of the items you’ll be using will be off to the sides, out of the way! 🦋

You’ll have lots of options at your disposal and all genuine gemstones! 💎 

Once we’re all settled, there will be a little introduction and some paperwork to fill in, such as allergies and next of kin.💙

We will learn in a multitude of ways- verbally and visually guided, hands on and via written instruction, so everyone can unfold each part at their own pace. 🪄

We’ll talk a little about the crystals and their meanings before we start to visualise our creations. A very important step in the trees construction. Crystal trees aren’t just pretty things to admire, they’re spiritual creations that symbolise our growth and connection to Earth! Our visualisation will be done in sort of a mini meditation! For 10 minutes, we quiet our minds and allow our thoughts to be guided through sound. (Don’t worry, if this isn’t your thing! You can simply use this time for quiet contemplation!)🧘

It’s time to put those thoughts to reality! Our tree diagrams provide a basic sketch. You’ll now walk around the tables of goodies, selecting your pieces! We assemble them flat first, onto the sketches! You can of course change things as you go along the build! Add or even take away! If this technique doesn’t work for you, why not draw your tree intuitively?!🌈

Moving our designs to the side, we focus on the roots, trunk and branches, winding and binding them together, bringing the tree structures to life!🐝

Next up, the leaves! 🍃

And finally, the base attachment and lacquering. This is our final step! Congratulations! We shall leave them to dry!They will need extra drying time, when you return home. At least 2 days for full curing 🦋

Let’s turn on the music! After the workshop, treat your taste buds to a mouth-watering 2 course dinner. Our featured dish is a vegetarian curry, that promises to be a feast of flavours. Made with the freshest ingredients from our local produce provider NHP and a blend of spices that will transport you straight to the heart of India! You’ll find bread, rice and other side dishes to add to your plate! Refreshments are included, as well as dessert… because why not?! 🍮 

We bring the evening to a close at 9.30pm

Is there a dress code?
YES- we ask you wear comfortable clothing, allowing you to fully relax during your time with us.

Is this an outdoor event?
No! Although, our other events are outdoors, this one will be inside!

Is there parking on site? 
Yes, there is a car park and roadside parking, which are both free.

Do you need any other information from me?
Yes please! We would like emergency contact details and any relevant medical information, just in case! We will have a little form to fill out on arrival!

Tickets are £33 and are limited, to ensure we have enough space. Booking closes the night before due to catering numbers. 🌳
