NEPHRITE JADE PALM STONE

True Jade, is known as Jadeite, but there are other variations such as Nephrite & Serpentine!

Nephrite Jade, is formed by Iron, Magnesium & Calcium. It tends to be softer than Jadeite, but not as soft as Xiuyan Jade. It's colours can range from greens and browns, to yellows, white & black. Some colours have their own names, but are still classed as Nephrite Jade, such as, Mutton Fat Jade & Tiger Jade.
