The 2nd retreat of 2025! 🌿 Rooted in Gratitude: A Forest Awakening Retreat 🌳✨

Join us for a sacred gathering as we prepare for the  energy of the Strawberry Moon, where we will dive deep into the art of gratitude, abundance, and grounding. This day retreat invites you to connect with the earth, open your heart to joy, and tap into the power of intentional manifestation. Through nature, reflection, sound, and community, we’ll embrace the fullness of life in all its beauty.

The Strawberry Moon represents a time of abundance, gratitude, and fruition. Traditionally named by Native American tribes, it marks the peak of the growing season when fruits ripen, flowers bloom, and nature reaches its fullest expression. Spiritually, this moon invites us to pause, reflect, and embrace the sweetness of life—to acknowledge what we have, release what no longer serves, and open ourselves to new blessings.

Car parking on site, off the road. Please leave your car in the designated parking area.

Flushable Camping Toilet & Privacy Tent are on site, with hand washing station, we are out in complete nature, but do offer the luxury of place to sit and ponder the joys of life and not simply a bush! If you feel you will need your phone on site, please remember to bring a power bank for charging.

🌸 The Journey of the Day

🔸 Arrival & Welcome Circle –
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into an open-hearted circle where we will begin with a cleansing. Each participant will be smudged with a herbal blend—a mixture of lavender, rosemary, and sage—to clear any negative energy and invite in freshness. This will be followed by a symbolic anointing of the wrists, third eye, and heart with rose & cinnamon oil—inviting abundance, love, and clarity. We’ll share a brief discussion about the theme of gratitude and abundance for the day, setting intentions for the journey ahead. You will be presented with fresh flower pack, that includes a leaf and pen, to utilise later.

🔸 Sacred Tree Offering & Meditation – (With Tash, owner of Crystal Conduit)
After the circle, we will embark on a barefoot walk (barefoot optional) into the forest, where we will make our way to a special tree to honour and connect with. Bring along your mat and/or blanket. The roots represent grounding, wisdom, and stability, while the branches symbolise growth and connection. The tree is a sacred mirror for abundance and new beginnings. Once at the base of the tree, our altar, we’ll place our flowers as a symbol of our blessings and love. Flowers represent the beauty and impermanence of life, while seeds symbolise new growth and the potential for future abundance.

You’ll each be presented with a strawberry and a little honey. Savour its sweetness, notice the ripened colour of its skin, the seeds that bring future growth. We will eat the strawberry partially, before placing a small remnant down next to us.  Then we lay down on our mats, listening to the rustling of the leaves, bathing in the forest’s abundance. A meditative silence, participating in forest bathing as a group. Shortly after, we will engage in a guided grounding meditation that deepens our connection to the earth, allowing our hearts to expand with love and appreciation for all that we have. When you awaken from your meditation, we’re going to take a moment of reflection and ask ourselves 5 questions, to which I’d like you to write your answers on the leaf. Take your leaf and your strawberry remnant to the altar, for offerings. And give the tree a big hug too, if you wish! We will take a few minutes to recharge with some love frequency water before making out way back to the site.

🔸 Whisper Bowl for Gratitude & Manifestation –
We have an, ‘prayer tent’, with Whisper Bowl—a sacred vessel filled with moon-charged water. Each participant will be invited to speak into the bowl their deepest gratitude, expressing thankfulness for what they have and what they are calling into their lives. This ritual symbolises the release and invitation of blessings, amplifying our collective energy of prosperity. Inside, you’ll also find another altar, crystals and one card pulls. Use this space anytime you need.

🔸 Partnered Heart-Opening Exercise –
In pairs, we’ll engage in a heart-opening exercise where we share affirmations of love and acknowledgement with one another. These affirmations could be about worthiness, gratitude, or positive traits. This could be with a complete stranger but I want you to express from your heart and connect with another human. The exercise will help us honour each other’s abundance. We will end this exercise with a shared moment of deep breathing and hugging, grounding the positive energy into our bodies.

🌿 The Sacred Feast - Everything is Vegan & Gluten Free.

During the break, we’ll enjoy a bountiful feast that mirrors the abundance we’ve invited into our lives:

• Roasted Beetroot & Greens Salad – Earthy and vibrant, a dish that grounds us while providing nourishment.
• Vietnamese Noodle Salad – Light, fresh, and rich in flavour, this dish represents vitality and the beauty of the present moment.
• Roasted Vegetable & Pesto Mini Sandwiches– Rich, flavourful, and packed with plant energy.
• Passionfruit Cheesecake – Creamy and indulgent, a perfect reflection of self-love and celebration.
• Love Frequency Water – Infused with strawberries, mint, and intentions for love and abundance.

🔸 Vocal Chakra Toning & Sound Healing – (Orchestrated by Amy Lee)
After our break, we will immerse ourselves in vibrational alignment through vocal chakra toning and chanting. Then moving straight into a gong bath, we’ll be filling our space with healing frequencies to balance the energy of the body and spirit. We will use our voices as instruments of connection, singing affirmations and mantras to anchor in our gratitude and call in further blessings.

🔸 Closing Circle of Joy & Abundance –
The day will conclude with a joyful closing circle where we will share any final thoughts or experiences from the retreat. We’ll reflect on the blessings we’ve received and offer our heartfelt gratitude to each other, to the land, and to the universe. Here we can discuss our card pulls. The circle will be closed with a communal chant of affirmations, honouring the full completion of our journey of abundance.

This retreat is a soulful invitation to slow down, leaving you feeling rooted, nourished, and aligned with both your inner abundance and the vast generosity of the earth.

YOUR HOST
Your host, Tash is a fully qualified Psychologist (PGCE) with British Psychological Society accreditation. Her deep understanding of the mind and human behavior provides a strong foundation for her spiritual practices, allowing her to bridge the gap between science and spirituality in a truly unique way. She has extensive experience working with complex trauma and emotional abuse, bringing deep compassion and insight into the healing journey, allowing her to hold space for deep healing, guiding others with both scientific insight and heartfelt compassion. This interwoven knowledge, provides the bones of these transformative experiences that empower, uplift, and restore the soul.

Tash has a profound connection to ancient Egypt and its mysteries, drawing wisdom from its sacred symbols, energy work, and spiritual philosophies. Passionate about teaching and guiding others, Tash facilitates spiritual workshops where meditation, ritual, and creative expression come together—whether through crafting crystal trees, exploring cacao ceremonies,(Taught by Legal Initiated Curandero Gabriel, plant medicine and psychedelic specialist) or seasonal retreats designed for deep transformation. Her path is one of continuous learning, seeking ancient wisdom and universal truths that awaken deeper understanding. Her meditation techniques, (IOATH accreditation), revolve around empowerment, deep journeys and strong affirmations to raise vibrations and bring in those manifestations. 

Tash puts her heart and soul into every gathering, creating sacred spaces where others can heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. When she's not playing with her shiny rocks!

This sacred retreat is for anyone feeling called to deepen their connection with self, release emotional weight, and nourish the heart. Whether you seek stillness, healing, clarity, or simply a moment to breathe, this space welcomes you with open arms.

🔮 What to bring?
Blankets, pillows, mats, anything to keep you warm and snuggly during the sound bath as your body temperature tends to drop. Jacket/jumper for any times if feels a little chilly. Your biggest smile!

Cancellations: You can cancel up to 2 weeks before the retreat for a refund. However, after this time, it may be more difficult to fill your space. Therefore, you can transfer the ticket to someone else. If we have to cancel the event due to very bad weather (for example high winds that prevent us from putting up bell tents), do not worry! We will reschedule with a minimum of 1 months notice, so you can plan around your work and social calendar.
